Shift: 12-hour days (Monday – Friday, varied, includes late stay rotation)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Assignment Duration: 13 weeks

Position Overview

Northside Hospital Gwinnett is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiovascular for a 13-week travel assignment in our CV Services ARU GMC (6770) unit. This role requires specialized expertise in cardiovascular procedures, including patient prep, recovery, and discharge across multiple interventional treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provide preparation, monitoring, and recovery care for cardiovascular patients.
• Assist with Left Heart Cath, High-Risk PCI, Right Heart Cath, Pacemakers, Peripheral Procedures, Structural Heart interventions, and EP Ablations.
• Maintain strict adherence to procedural protocols, patient safety standards, and care documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  
  

Required Certifications & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of cardiovascular nursing experience
• Active BLS & ACLS certification
• Proficiency in Cerner EMR system
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and teamwork abilities

• Must commit to the full 13-week assignment
