Are you passionate about nursing education and leveraging technology to create immersive learning experiences?

We are seeking a part-time Simulation Nursing Instructor to join our team at Georgia State University's Perimeter College. In this role, you will play a vital role in shaping the future nurses by:

• Developing and delivering experiential learning activities across the nursing curriculum using our simulation lab.

• Facilitating realistic simulations that challenge students and enhance their critical thinking, decision-making, and technical skills.

• Incorporating innovative simulation technology to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

• Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students during and after simulations.

• Collaborating with faculty to ensure alignment of simulation activities with course objectives.

• Contributing to the ongoing development and evaluation of the simulation lab curriculum.

This is a part-time faculty position with responsibilities focused on simulation.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with relevant clinical experience required.

• Experience in using simulation technology for nursing education is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for nursing education and student success.
